Infrared Asphalt Repair

Thermal-bonded seamless patches that restore failed surface areas without cold seams. Most repairs complete in under 30 minutes per location, and traffic resumes immediately after compaction. Ideal for potholes, utility cuts, alligatored sections, and high-traffic transitions where standard saw-cut patching would create new failure points within a season.

Hot rubberized sealant injected into surface cracks to stop water infiltration before it reaches the base. Unsealed cracks widen 3 to 5 times per freeze-thaw season and are the leading cause of base failure across Pacific Northwest commercial lots. Routed and sealed annually, crack maintenance can extend pavement life by 8 to 10 years.
